An open sore that bleeds, remained open for few weeks. A non healing sore is an early sign of basal cell carcinoma.

A reddish patch or irritated area, on the chest, shoulders, arms or legs, which is frequent in appearance, is a skin cancer warning sign.

A pink growth with a crushed indentaion in the center with crushed boarders has to be counted, if it shows signs of enlargement. This is again a skin cancer warning sign.

A scar like area, which is white, or yellow in color, with a waxy texture and poorly defined boarders should give attention.
